Went to view a house and the lady that rescheduled my appointment didn't set it as a self viewing, so I had to call some guy who sounded incredibly offended that I was questioning the outside of this disgusting property. "Should be rent ready, we don't do landscaping, blah blah blah" - finally got inside and surprise, it was just as bad as the outside. Filthy and falling apart. The neighbors have to be so embarrassed, but not as embarrassed as this company should be. $2k for garbage is highway robbery.

This place makes me SICK!!!!!!!!!!! DONT EVER EVER EVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!! They will steal your deposit for normal wear and tear!!!! Before we moved out we paid to have the place professionally cleaned and they charged us an extra $170 to have it professionally cleaned again. They charged $1,000 for a normal wear and tear on screens that were perfectly fine. On a pantry door that was broken when we moved in. On a bunch of miscellaneous items that were their responsibility to fix, but we didn't bug them about it while we lived there so if you ever went from them you better bug them about every single little tiny thing or when you move out they are going to charge you for it. They are A DISGUSTING DISPICABLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY THE HOLLAND TEAM

They charged $1700 to replace a scratched 4 year old fridge door. A new fridge costs less than that.
There were other charges they put on there but this is the most ridiculous one.

The worst experience I’ve had trying to rent a home ! Communication was awful and lost someone willing to rent a listing of theirs at the price they offered it too me . they would actually get insulted I would ask questions instead of blindly following their demands . Irony it’s still listed haha so definitely not advising their clients great IMO . So bad .

Get anything you want/need from them in writing. They steal your deposit and then charge you for things around the house that they said they weren't going to do. They will bill you once you leave for the most ridiculous stuff. I'm honestly speechless how bad this company is.

Tienen El peor sistema de Renta te cobran tres meses por adelantado y El deposito nosotros pagamos $10.000 entre los tres meses de Renta y deposito y ya han pasado 4 meses desde que nos fuimos de esa casa y aun no nos han devuelto un peso, no renten con ellos son de los peor.
