After years of trying every pillow that claims to help alleviate back and neck pain, I thought I would try one of these pillows. The first night was the best I have slept in a long time, even causing me to snooze the alarm 20-30 minutes because I woke up feeling so much better I just wanted to lay there awhile longer. This happened for about a week before I made myself get up and get moving even though I hated to!
BEST PILLOW ON TNE MARKET!!!.

It was received timely. And just what I remembered from my hotel experience with this pillow.! Love it. Also loved the pillow case its soft and smooth. I have been trying to find pillow cases like I remember having before everything went microfiber. Very happy with these products.

Pillows came on time and were nicely packed. The pillow cases are great quality. I took off one star because I returned one pillow weeks ago and still have not received a refund. Hoping I receive it soon.

The pillows I received are nothing like the ones I slept on in the Harris Inn hotel. They are awful and I paid a lot of money for them.!!! The outside is scratchy and they are not comfortable at all. Im very disappointed. I wish I never bought them. I should have kept the box and returned them.

The product quality was excellent! Exactly what I was looking for, after I finally received the second pillow. I had to follow up because I ordered 2 pillows and 2 pillow covers. I received 1 pillow and 2 pillow covers. I waited a week to contact customer service, thinking the second pillow would show up. When i did contact them, at first the response was to send a picture of the 2 boxes delivered to my home, telling me I had received everything. it was clear that one box was large enough for 1 pillow and the other was the small box with with the covers. After a couple more emails back and forth trying to find out the status of my second pillow, I called. The customer service person was the same one who had been emailing me. She was quite rude and exasperated with me for inquiring about my second pillow. I did eventually get the second pillow shipped to me and the product is great. Their customer service rep could use some training.
