This is only my personal experience. The wig I received was not the wig I ordered, not in length and the part looks like it was weaved by a child.. tried several times to contact them by phone and received no reply. They didn't reach out to me only I contacted my credit card company.
Just be aware what you see you might not get.

The worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. The place was empty but not 1 of the 3 employees could assist me because they “were closing” although actual close time wasn’t for another 45 minutes. It was such a disappointing experience.

I love this wig store and online store! I just stopped in and bought the most amazing hand-tied monofilament wig by Jon Renault with the help of Diane and Mariah. They have all kinds of wig styles and colors by Raquel Welch, Noriko and more. Best wig store ever!
